Pricing & Refund Policy

Hi Charger uses a $35 pre-authorization deposit at the start of each rental. Your final cost will be calculated automatically based on your actual rental duration, and the unused balance of the deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Free 5-Minute Trial: You can test the charger for 5 minutes for free. If it doesn't work properly, please return it immediately to avoid any charge.
• Hourly Rate: $3.96 per hour, based on 60 minutes per hour.
• Daily Cap: Maximum charge per rental session is $10 USD.
• Deposit & Settlement: The $35 deposit is used to cover the rental cost, and any remaining balance will be automatically refunded after return.
• Refund Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Overdue Returns: If not returned within the due period, overdue fees are automatically deducted. Unreturned devices after 3 days will be considered purchased, and the $35 deposit will be charged.
