Q 01 :
The system shows I rented successfully, but the charger doesn’t pop out.
A :

This might be related to a weak connection of the network, please wait 1-2 minutes.

- If the charger is stuck, the sensor in our charging station will automatically recognize the issue, and our system won’t charge you.

- For any other scenario, please feel free to contact our customer service center at (888) 333 - 4410.

Q 02 :
How do I use an HiCharger power bank?
A :

Like most traditional power banks, ours come with built-in type-C and Micro USB and IOS cables. Cables can be found in a slot at the obverse side of the powerbank. Press and pull the cable out and plug into your phone. IOS can charge an iPhone, iPad, and iPod Micro USB can charge an Android Phone, Camera, GoPro, Wireless Headphones, etc., whilst a type-C can charge newer Android devices.

Q 03 :
My power bank doesn’t seem to be charging my device, what do I do?
A :

First, make sure the cable is properly plugged into your device. Then, press the power button on the side of the power bank. We recommend you remove a thick phone case to allow the cable to go all the way in. If you still don’t see a charge, return the battery into the station and contact us via in-app support.

Q 04 :
Are HiCharger chargers safe to use?
A :

Yes, our chargers use a secure current that only allows electricity to flow rather than data transmission. Thus, our devices could not collect any information or data from your device. Outside of our own guarantee that they are 100% safe, HiCharger Devices are certified by UL/FCC/CB/KC/ROHS/UN38.3/NBTC/CE.

Q 05 :
Can I use this on my iPad/tablet?
A :

Yes, but it charges significantly slower and will likely only provide a partial charge.

Q 06 :
How long does it take to charge my phone?
A :

It charges as fast as your wall charger normally would, so most phones take upwards of one hour to get a full charge. Note: Charging times will vary based on your device type, battery size and current battery charge level.

Q 07 :
Can I use my phone while it is charging?
A :

Yes, you can charge and use your phone at the same time. If you're doing so, please keep in mind that it will take longer to fully charge your phone.

Q 08 :
The HiCharger power bank is warm while charging my device, is this normal?
A :

The portable chargers power your device according to the same standards as the wall charger that came with your mobile device. The charger and phone might warm up while in use, but this is normal.

What should I do if I lose the charger?
A :

If you don’t return the charger within 72 hours, the system will automatically charge you the value of the charger, which is currently $ 25.

Q 03 :
What should I do if the charger station doesn’t have an available slot for me to return the power ba
A :

Q 04 :
Where do I return the Hi Charger power bank after my phone is charged?
A :

You can return the HiCharger power bank to any available HiCharger Station that has an empty slot. Please plug the cables back into the power bank and place the depleted power bank back into the station with the “arrows” sign facing downward. A tone will ring if the return is successful. You may also check the status of your borrowed power bank on the History page on the HiCharger mobile app. The return is successful only when the status shows “returned”. HiCharger power bank locations are available on the mobile app.
